To translate on-ground school tour experience to digital, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in cooperation with a youth organization, We The Youth Vote brought Social U: A Virtual Campus Tour in PUP last September 25, broadcasted via Social U Campus Tour website.
The Social U event, initiated by the Island Records Philippines, a music label dedicated to developing Filipino artists, was a two-hour program packed with interactive activities, and games where attendees won different prizes from its brands and partners.
The show features OPM artists including Juan Karlos, Allison Shore, Zack Tabudlo, Over October, One Click Straight, and Scye.
On top of the concert and virtual university tour experience, the program also staged and highlighted the importance of rights to suffrage.
The tour was also set in three other universities: Far Eastern University, De La Salle University, and the University of the East.
